“I got this for my 11-year-old. The length is perfect but the sleeves are way too long. This was expected when I ordered it. We got the smallest size available, XS. Even so, she LOVES it and refuses to allow us to shorten the sleeves. She simply rolls them up.
She loved it so much that I bought two jackets for myself and a scarf for my other daughter who is way too small for a jacket. My youngest and are fighting for control of the scarf.”
“This is a copy of an email I sent to customer service a few days after I received the jacket:
I used my new jackets for the first time this last Saturday evening, December 2, 2023. While standing in line outside, waiting to enter a concert, I needed some warmth, so I turned on the heating to medium to show my daughter. Before we got inside my neck was so hot I had to turn the heating off. Same th. ing happened when we left & walked the block to the car.
I tested the heating on the jacket at home yesterday so I could touch the inside of the back eith both hands to see how warm or hot the back elements got. They were warm to the touch on medium. But when I picked it up & put it on, the neck was so much warmer than the back that I could hardly feel the back heat at all. If I turn up the heat to high so i can feel it on my back, it way too hot on my neck.
Is this normal?

Here is their response, which made no sense to me because I was wearing a hooded top that night so there was an additional layer between my neck & the inside of the jackets collar. Thr collar wasn't warmer, it was hot, even on the medium & low settings.

Some areas of the body, especially the neck, are more sensitive than others. The collar on the jacket can touch the skin directly. That's why the neck may feel warmer compared to other areas.
