“I love this jacket. The black stripes on the white base is flattering and the fit is generous but not oversized. I love the thumb holes on the sleve and the detatchable hood. Easy to use and comfortable to wear. The battery pack is a little bit bulky & heavy but you get used to it.”

“I wasn’t sure if I should get this coat or the dual control coat with 5 heating zones. I ordered both and walked around neighborhood several tries trying both coats without heat on and with heat. Very similar but I liked the down jacket better for it’s fit and comfort. The fabric is softer. I love how the down jacket warms on back neck. I haven’t used it in extreme cold but going to and from work with temp in 20 degrees F range. It helps take the bite off. I am always cold so this works great. The coat is light enough that I can keep it on for awhile when I come inside.”
“The jacket is way too big for a medium. We should have returned it for a small but my kids ripped the tags off so are stuck with it now. I think you should let customers know that your jackets run a size larger than usual.”
“After she bought a heated jacket from another company for less money and waited a month to receive it... it of course didn't fit at all. I told her to not worry about ordering another and immediately ordered her this one. The coat fits, looks great, and heats up much nicer then the other. Since receiving this one I have actually ordered my own as well since I work half my day outside in the winter and need some mobility to be able to do my job. So far all I can say is that I was impressed enough with the quality of the product to place that second order and will no doubt be getting at least one additional battery pack just in case”
