“I really enjoy this jacket and that I can keep warm even on cold nights. The jacket alone is warm. I don't notice any heat sensation in the first 2 lower settings but once I put it all the way up I tell the jacket is hot. I am wondering if the lower two settings are more like putting on a thin layer and the highest setting feels like you have warmers in the jacket? Either way, I enjoy this product and often refer others. The customer service is the best I have experienced in over a decade.”
