“I purchased this jacket for my wife for Christmas because she is cold all the time. Had to exchange for a different size and it was an easy and quick process. My wife loves it!! It keeps her warm even when she doesn't turn it on. The sizes do run small so I would recommend going a size or 2 up. Overall it was an excellent purchase and would highly recommend.”
“The jacket is great and she has no complaints so far. I'm not sure it will hold up to hard use though. The material is light and so is the stitching. I would consider one for myself if they released some more outdoors or tactical oriented versions. Also she doesn't love having the control buttons on her chest and glowing. Perhaps in some future versions the control buttons can be concealed in the pocket with the battery pack. The jacket does keep her warm though and she likes the style. It's just very aimed at people living in a city, not doing physical work. I just think farmers, hunters, construction workers, or police/EMS/fire will need to wait for a revised version.”
