“I had previously purchased a heated jacket from ororo and loved it. I know the 5 heating zones jacket is pricy but is definitely worth it! Just remember when you turn it on there are two options. One is for the basic heating zones, chest and back. There’s a second button which turns on the arms. I should have read my manual because I assumed they all turned on by using one button. Lesson learned!”
