“The power pack is still bulky. The heating on the arms is wonderful when your cold. I don't have a very big chest so the chest heating up I don't even feel. The upper back when it heats up I feel when I'm sitting down but if I'm just standing it's not against my back so I do t feel the heat. I would recommend a smaller size to get the full benefits.”
