“Very unhappy with the fit of the jacket. Though I followed the size chart, the small was too big and about two inches too short. This allowed for a constant draft of cold air to hit my stomach. Though the width of the XS fit my torso perfectly, it fit like a crop top and the sleeves were about two and a half inches shorter than the measurements on the size chart. While the heating elements did work will, the constant cold air hitting my torso and the loose, bulky fit made the jacket a disappointing purchase. I will say Ororo has excellent customer service, though.”
