“I have 4 vests and one jacket. All are warm and toasty except for this one. The new arm heaters - which was the deciding factor on puchasing - are nicely warm. The pocket and back heaters are terrible. When It arrived I put it on and went outside. At 30 degrees, there were cold spots on my back and I was layered for the cold. The pocket heaters never got above a slightly warm feeling. The sleeves were super tight with a sweatshirt. I changed to just a base layer and they were still tight. I am 5'1" and 115. It was tight around the hip with no way to loosen. A jacket hip length like this should have a two way zipper. I can't imagine sitting down with this on.”
