“I am familiar with these products as I own the vest, which is a women’s size medium, and fits me perfectly. I was hoping to have extra space when I purchased this jacket in large.. the body fits well but the arms and shoulders run small and more tight. Despite the odd sizing, I was willing to keep the item until I realized that it was defective and wouldn’t heat up. As a result, I returned after trying it once.. I am waiting for the replacement exchange, which I ordered in an extra large… which for my size seems preposterous to need, but that’s just how they’re sized.”
