“Debated between this jacket and a puffer one, the latter of which had heating zones over the chest and upper back areas but not in the pockets. Decided on this purple jacket (true to size, BTW) bc it had heated pockets, upper arm and back zones, and keeping my hands warm is crucial. As a woman, I also didn't like the idea of any heating element over the breast area. That might not bother someone else but it was a factor for me.
I also was very pleased with customer service -- in particular, with Carrie. She did all that she could to ensure I was satisfied with my choice. I will say that communicating mostly over email can require patience, but customer service does eventually respond so hang in there if you don't hear back from someone immediately.”
