The quality exceeded my expectations — the fleece is soft, well-made, and feels premium. The heating function works quickly and keeps me comfortably warm, especially on cold mornings and evenings. It’s lightweight yet very effective, and the fit is flattering and true to size.
I also want to give a special mention to Nikki from customer support, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond to assist me, including allowing me to exchange the jacket for a different size, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. That level of customer service really stood out.
