“The heated fleece jacket is a high quality product, exactly like all the Ororo products I’ve purchased. It was slightly thicker fabric than I anticipated (maybe 2 different layers of fabric?) i imagined it as a lightweight fleece but it’s heavier. I bought a size Large because my XL vest is a little big. However, the sleeves in the Large are tight and not very stretchy. I am concerned about wearing something underneath it without it being too tight. I bought it on sale so it’s non-returnable.”

“My wife’s jacket was very big. We used your sizing chart prior to our order but the jacket did not match the jacket we received. We tried to return for a smaller size but were not allowed to do so as it was a final order. We will no longer order from your company”
