“My “new” jacket came with makeup (or some type) of stains on the outside and inside of the jacket. I tried calling and emailing customer service with next to no support. They said they don’t hang up on customers, just that “their lines are constantly down.” Maybe their email has similar issues? Ororo product versus dealing with customer service is not worth it.”

“I now own three jackets and two best from Ororo and the last jacket I got was the fleece heated jacket. I absolutely love it, it’s heavier than the other jackets, but not too heavy, it’s stylish, and it fits perfect and heats up wonderfully! I highly recommend this jacket”
“This jacket runs extremely large but it is very soft and comfortable. I think this company should offer a size XXS if they're going to make the jackets so much larger than typical sizing. In order to feel the heating elements I have to lean against a chair if i'm sitting, otherwise I can't feel the warmth because the jacket is so baggy on me. The heating elements do get nice and hot on the highest temperature setting. I also wish the fleece jacket had heating elements in the arms like the waterproof jacket that this brand offers.”
“Lightweight, warm, casual but not unflattering. Great gift for my wife. Small frame size xs would work for an under layer. Small leaves room to fit over a sweatshirt or sweater.”
