“The fleece itself looks nice and appears to be of good quality. Heat zone in the back works well and is effective. Two heat zones in the front are not effective and actually feel warmer on the outside than on the inside, even when on the highest setting. Would like to return the product but due to it being purchased on sale and according to the website, it is not elligible for return or exchange when I attempt to do so. This was my first purchase of an Ororo product and had I known I would have looked elsewhere as this is not a good value.”

“My “new” jacket came with makeup (or some type) of stains on the outside and inside of the jacket. I tried calling and emailing customer service with next to no support. They said they don’t hang up on customers, just that “their lines are constantly down.” Maybe their email has similar issues? Ororo product versus dealing with customer service is not worth it.”

“I now own three jackets and two best from Ororo and the last jacket I got was the fleece heated jacket. I absolutely love it, it’s heavier than the other jackets, but not too heavy, it’s stylish, and it fits perfect and heats up wonderfully! I highly recommend this jacket”
