“This was my first time purchasing from Ororo. When I received my jacket the packaging was nice and the instructions were easy to understand. The battery pack is bulky tbh, I wish it was thinner. Unfortunately, the jacket did not work out for me but I was not able to return it because it was a final sale item I guess. I didn't realize that until it was too late. I wish there was some way for me to recoup my money. I don't remember seeing anything about no returns while I was checking out. Maybe one of my kids will grow into it and want it.”

“I ordered this coat for myself for Christmas because I am a crossing guard, and I stand outside no matter what the weather each morning. I am 5'3" and weigh 125 lbs, and ordered the extra small. It fits great, with room if you are wearing heavier clothing. The battery charged quickly and the coat heats up quick, keeping me snuggly warm! I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend!”
