The size chart is off. I typically wear a size medium and according to my measurements I should have ordered a medium. It was way too big. After reading reviews, I ended up with an xs and it’s perfect.
Also wish the battery lasted longer.

“I've have an ORORO Jacket for two years. Bought ny wife this Parka. She loves it. The only criticism I have is that you don't provide a charger with the Jacket. A charger came with my jacket. A typical phone charger isn't strong enough and gets hot. Great products but it's ridiculous not to provide a charger or give the buyer an option. Also the zipper is confusing. It's not the usual side for a woman's Jacket and has two pull tabs. One on top of the other.”
