“Giving 4 stars because of the 5K mini battery, they compromised quality with this new smaller battery. Would not hold a charge longer than a hour, but customer service did send me a new one after a few complaints. This is an oversized fit jacket, size down unless you’re planning to layer underneath. I am 5’2 125lbs and could have went with XS, but wanted to be able to wear oversized hoodies underneath, so small is perfect for that. Very warm once the battery issue was resolved. Would be great if Ororo went back to their original battery to resolve the issue of lots of faulty mini 5k’s.”

“Not sure if it's supposed to work like this but when I turn my parka on it's red, then 5 min later it's automatically turns to white and then turns off. Not 100% satisfied.”
“Great addition to my cold-weather duds. Could be improved as follows: Not as warm or as comfy as the vest - fabric inside could be cozier. It would be better just a few inches longer. Also, the tightening do-hicky would be improved if it extended to the front and not just the back- wind goes up the bottom in front. Better yet, include a wind skirt.”
