“This is my 4th heated jacket since December 2018. My husband wanted to get me a heated jacket for Christmas. So I started my search. The main problems with all the other jackets is that the sizes were way off on the size charts. I ordered what I usually wore, had to return for smaller or larger and still not good, I contacted Ororo before purchasing for the size and they also said order what I usually wear, but it worked this time the size was right on. The other jackets went to the waist and did not have a hood. I liked this jacket in the picture and even better in person. It is long, has a hood and four nice size pockets that snap on the outside of the coat, plus two pockets for your hands. The hood came with fake fur which I was excited about, made the jacket more appealing, however it drooped in my eyes so I am glad it was removable. Very disappointed though. None of the jackets including this one kept me exceptionally warm. I am a very cold person and I don't think there is a coat made for me. This coat needs to be warmed up 20 minutes to full capacity. I did not know this before I bought it. I had to contact the company when my light blinked on and off for 5 minutes. This is OK when I go to work to preheat but not when I just need to run outside for a bit. I do like that the light is inside the jacket. The others were not and it was quite embarrassing walking around with a light on your coat and they are bright, or even worse when someone asked why I have a light on my coat. I've had this coat since March 11, shipping was fast I ordered March 7. It is around 23 degrees in the mornings, so I'm not sure how this will hold up in the minus zero degrees like we had last month. We are going into spring so I won't know till next year. But with the length and hood those help with windy days. I am going to keep it anyway, I really like the look of it and having some heat is better than regular jackets. I am going to purchase another battery, you get a discount on an extra one when you register your jacket, just to have since I use the high heat a lot more than the other settings and the battery only lasts a couple hours on that high setting.”
