“My problem is with the zipper. It typically takes me 5-10 tries to get the 2 zipper pieces to sync up so I can zip the coat. For a coat this well made, this well thought out and comfortable, I am shocked at the poor quality of the zipper. I have to admit that I am really concerned that the zipper is going to fail or break long before the coat wears out and that will really break my heart. In the past few months I have purchased prior heated gloves, a scarf and extra battery packs for all my pieces. So you can see I am a fan. I also own 2 of your heated sweatshirts and purchased one for my daughter. Please consider looking into the cost zippers and a solution for when they fail. I read reviews before my purchase and saw others with the same issue but I hoped it was random and mine would be better… disappointed it was not!”
