“The coat is warm, soft, light and well made except for the zipper. It is a two way zipper and tends to ride up on one side or if you step up into a vehicle it splits at the bottom. It is difficult to get started, too. I love the coat so much I am dealing with the zipper but I wish it was as solid as the rest of the coat. Order a size up. I did and it fits perfectly.”

“Very warm even without heaters on but zipper is complicated and snaps are not tight....around the neck will not lay down away from face when coat is undone...its also a very heavy coat and there are no heaters in the pockets for hands...it is made very well though and waterproof.”
“Only reason for 4 stars over 5 is the zipper, as others have mentioned it can be quite frustrating. My wife has trouble getting it to zip and I had the same issues when I tried. It's hard to get both zippers engaged which is her only gripe about the parka. Would love to just have a single robust zipper.”
