“This is a GREAT jacket. The down is very high quality and it shipped quickly. But the downside was that this being my first Ororo I was not familiar with the battery and the website seemed to indicate it comes with all the parts. However it does not come with the wall charger. Really ? $300 and your gonna ship me everything without any way to charge it??! Really. So had to go order the one missing piece to have this be fully functional and it’s about a week later and still hasn’t arrived. Not a good experience. Clean this up in the website. Make it clear.”
