“I finally have a long enough coat that is fairly light weight AND keeps me toasty in cold weather. Even the hood hugs my face snugly so only my exposed face is dealing with the cold!”
“Ordered my brand new jacket 3 or 4 weeks ago and it came with tiny hole in the pocket where my chapstick keeps falling through, emailed customer service asking for a new jacket because it should of not came with a hole in it, instead they offered me a $20 refund to “go get it fixed locally” not worth the money in my opinion for how the customer service is”
