“The vest came without the battery pack. I have been going back-and-forth for two weeks with customer service to get one sent to me. At this point, I may just return the vest without even trying it out. I have a feeling and open box vest was sent to me instead of the full price one that I paid for.”

However, the customer service lacks customer service with a misleading marketing strategy - "subscribe to texts and get 15% off" displayed above the product you wish to buy, then at checkout, you're informed that the code cannot be applied! I contacted customer service and they still wouldn't honor the coupon.”
