“The vest came without the battery pack. I have been going back-and-forth for two weeks with customer service to get one sent to me. At this point, I may just return the vest without even trying it out. I have a feeling and open box vest was sent to me instead of the full price one that I paid for.”

“I have had this heat vest for so many years, I had to come on and write a review.
I can’t remember the exact year I bought it, but it was well before Covid, it was either 2017 or 2018.
The winter before I bought the Ororo brand vest, I had bought some other cheaper brand of heat vest that only last that season, by next winter, it stopped working.
That’s when I looked for a better value heat vest and Stumbled on the Ororo brand, back then the full price value for was $50, lol.
That how long it’s been, this baby still works!!
This vest still gets toasty warm every time I turn it on!
I live in northern New England, and I hate the cold! So I basically live in my heat vest all winter, I even wear it the house sometimes while I wait for the woodstove to warm up, lol.
The only thing that is starting to wear out is the zipper. Sometimes when I zip up the vest, the zipper will come undone in the middle. But that zipper has been used hundreds of thousands of times, lol. So I’m not surprised it’s starting to wear out.
But the fact that this vest gets sooo much use and has been put in the washer machine multiple times each season and still heats up just as well as it did the day I bought, tells you what a great company this is!!
I love the Ororo brand.
Last winter I bought a heat jacket for the first time and I will wear both the vest AND the jacket, lol.
So on these painfully cold New England days when I’m outside working or at an event, and everyone else around me is shivering, I’m over here all warm and cozy!! (Except for my legs, lol. I literally just bought a pair of heat pants, those should arrive today, so I can’t wait to try those out:)”

However, the customer service lacks customer service with a misleading marketing strategy - "subscribe to texts and get 15% off" displayed above the product you wish to buy, then at checkout, you're informed that the code cannot be applied! I contacted customer service and they still wouldn't honor the coupon.”
“I bought this for my daughter. The sizing was perfect (true to size) and it keeps her nice and warm when she is at the barn (grooming, tacking up, or riding). Easy rechargeable battery pack works great and isn't too heavy for daily activities. Excellent purchase and worth every penny.”
