“Ororo customer service has been tremendous. I ordered a vest for my mom that was too small and they quickly exchanged it at no charge to me. My mother puts this vest on (once she figured out how to charge the battery) and she feel instant relief. She is warm and in less pain because she is not tensing her muscles to try and keep warm. This vest was a god send for my perpetually cold mother as the winter months apporach in the northeast.”
