“This item was bought 12/19 with advertising that it would arrive before December 25th. It did not, tracking show it was not sent/picked up. They finally provided tracking of it being sent a second time on 12/28. Tracking shows it was picked up by UPS on January 2nd. Delivered on January 5th. Not the best customer services and follow through on Orono's part.”
