“my wife loves it but we have found the battery does not seem to last as long as claimed. start on high and in a couple of minutes she would go to low and it would last about 3 hours.”
Hi Kent, thank you for the review. By design, the vest starts with pre-heating stage to provide maximum heating and it lasts 5 minutes before going to medium heating level automatically. If you continue to experience short battery life, please contact us so we can help you further.
“The vest runs small, so I returned it for an exchange. Got the new one - 6 weeks later! However, once I received the correct size vest, I was extremely happy with the warmth provided by this vest, even without the heat switched on. I am a ski instructor and I love the heated vest. Only 4 stars due to poor customer service.”
