“I bought this vest for my wife for her birthday. She was born and raised in southern California but we know live in Minnesota for my school. She has been cold since we moved here 2 years ago. She also hasn’t taken off her vest since I gave it to her 2 weeks ago. She said she isn’t cold for the first time since we move here.”
