“I love my vest! I live in the Chicago area and windchills can make walking my dog very unpleasant. The vest is a game-changer! Very easy to set up and adjust settings. Bonus: it’s also sleek and attractive. (I ordered it through Amazon because the style and size I wanted was unavailable through Ororo. But for future purchases…and there will be some…I’ll plan ahead and order through the website.)”
“We received the wrong sized vest the 1st time. They fixed it quickly: sent a return label. After they received the returned vest they sent out the correct size.
I would say it runs a little small.
Heats well, but seems to heat mainly along the back of the neck. Not sure if this is how it is supposed to work, as this was a gift.”

“My daughter skates so I am constantly in a freezing rink. This vest makes it so much more tolerable. I also live in New England so use the vest about 6 months out of the year. With heavy use, it stopped heating about a year in. Ororo made it so easy to get a replacement. The vest is definitely worth it. Great customer service.”
