“I love this vest. It's a bit large, but I am very petite (5'0" 90 lbs). It heats well. It heats EXTREMELY well if not completely exposed to the elements.
The nature of physics makes it less effective in freezing cold and windy weather - but when layered under a jacket....it's quite amazing - or when worn inside/ out of the wind - also crazy effective!
