“The day I got my vest it seemed like it was taking a long time to charge the battery but I just figured it was first time charging so I wore it. I charged it again and it still took an excessively long time for a battery that doesn't even last that long. I wore 1 more time to see. I wrote to and called customer service and they said you can't return without tags on. How can you try the vest with tags on!!!! I did not take advantage at all. I wore it twice and wrote right away. I dont know any ocmpanies that don't have a 30 or 60 day policy even with trying something if youre not satisfied. I will not be recommending. Very disappointed.”

“Medium was too large in the bust but fit hips well. Ordered small, fits well in the bust but the hips are a little snug. But it will work great for layering.”
“I bought my first vest in 2020, and I still wear it almost every day! It was the product that hooked me on Ororo, and now I own vests in almost every color, along with many other pieces of their gear. I wear the vest for work, daily life, and especially when watching my daughter's soccer games! I can't say enough good things about it. I love how warm the neck and pockets are, and the battery lasts well beyond a soccer game and warm-up (though I always keep extra batteries just in case). Plus, it's incredibly versatile—I can wear it with jeans, sweatpants, or even dresses!”

“I got this vest for Christmas . The battery pack won’t charge past 4 lines . Contacted customer service. They wanted to me trouble shoot (which I did ) however , it’s brand new ! I chose this company because I thought it was high quality. They should have offered a new pack immediately. Sadly will be returning.”
“Ororo needs to find a way to make their batteries last longer or offer a standard second battery with each purchase. My wife used this for skiing and of course it only lasted half the day. The company publishes their battery life times, which is accurate, just disappointing. Otherwise the best looks great and the heating elements certainly work well when on.”
