“I needed to exchange the vest for a larger size and first contacted Ororo via email on Jan. 10. I received a response the same day (wow!) with instructions and received my larger vest on Jan. 18. The whole matter took only 8 days!”
“My battery pack only lasted 3 hours my grand daughter had a vest and hers lasts 10 hours
Not sure if the problem but info on your web site did not indicate it was only good for a few hours”
“This was my third Ororo jacket/vest purchase. I have also purchased extra batteries. My daughter has also purchased a vest and extra batteries. These superb articles of clothing have been lifesavers this year with all the frigid weather in the south this year.”
“Vests were great looking. Nice material. Delivery was prompt. Packaging was out standing. I ordered 7 vests. Two vests for my daughter in laws that only 1 was kept. Five vests were ordered for my sons and son in law. Every vest was too small. I will be returning 6 of the 7 vests. We are all disappointed to have to return these as they were Christmas gifts. Oh well!”
