I contacted ororo Customer Service and spoke to a representative within a few minutes. She was patient with me and walked me through getting the Return Authorization via email. I returned the medium red vest and they shipped the Small Red Vest the same day the received the return. My wife loves it. You can't go wrong with the quality and service from ORORO.”
