“Ordered three heated vests as gifts for my wife and two daughters. My one daughter loved it, the second one loved it but said she would never use it and my wife's was wrong item ordered.
I tell you this because to me, Customer Service is as important if not more important than the product itself. I e-mailed and called the company. They responded within one day, apologetic and gave me clear instructions how to return items.
The company also immediately sent out the correct item which will be in shortly. The items are amazing and my wife/daughter love how warm they get.
I would definitely order a backup battery so that you do not need to continuously charge the main battery. You can just swap it out.”
