“First, my thanks to Shera and her outstanding customer service in trying to resolve an issue I had with fit.
The vest itself is fine and the quality I expect from Ororo as we have multiple vests in our household. The reason I would NOT recommend the open box vest is this. I own a size Large that I was looking to replace. I purchased a size Large open box and though it was supposed to be the exact same vest I already have, the inside label was different than my current vest and the fit was MUCH smaller, perhaps as much as a fully size smaller. Thankfully, I was able to exhange the vest for an XL. To my surprise, the XL vest has the same label as my current vest (less the size markers, of course). The fit is a bit too roomy but at this point, sending the vest back in hopes of a different vest that might fit will cost more in shipping than the price of the original open box vest.”
