“The vest was received very quickly. It was given as a birthday gift. When the recipient received it, the battery would not charge. Hoping this message can help put me in touch with the Ororo team to work on getting a replacement battery.”
“I gave this as a gift to my sister. My other sister uses your vests everyday on her horse farm. She recommended your product having ordered them several years ago. No where in the ordering process did I see that chargers need to be purchased along with vest. Quite a disappointment when I found out that vest arrived without charger. I did not find it very clear that charger needed to be ordered separately. Possibly my mistake but I order enough things on line that usually there is a suggestion if something else is needed. Don’t think I will order from you again.”

“I love this vest. I probably could have sized down to a small so it really hugged my body and I could feel the heat better but I have yet to wear it outside with a sweatshirt under it as I had originally intended. (If I got the small it wouldn’t have fit with a sweatshirt.) The zipper CONSISTENTLY snags when zipping off, like every single time. So that part is annoying but I like the heating part so much I’m willing to deal with it. This brand having the heating element in the back of the neck is worth the selection over other brands.”
“Bought this for my son’s girlfriend who hates the cold and is in grad school in Illinois where it’s freezing. I bought the vest because she is a golfer so her mobility will be better with a vest than a jacket. She loves this and wears it under another coat and keeps it on indoors.”
