“The vest is fine overall. The vest itself is lightweight, but with the large battery pack and electronic on/off box, it is heavier than my winter coat. The materials and construction are good quality. Constructive feedback for Ororo: 1) move the placement of the large battery pack. On the hip/back makes me look like I am lob-sided and have a bulge on my left muffin top. 2) reduce the size of the arms holes by .5-1 inch, but no more to allow for arm movement. The gap let’s cool air in. 3) if you’re going to make a women’s vest, then fit it to the contours of women. I purchased a size which fits my chest and hips, but it is loose in the middle. Therefore, since the vest isn’t touching my body it is difficult to feel the heat without pressing against the vest to my body.”

“This vest fits well, but I’m pretty unimpressed with the battery. I returned the first one and retuned to get another, because I was so flabbergasted with the short battery life. For $200, I expect more. And then I get all these ads to purchase another battery for $90 (with tax and shipping), so I’m supposed to pay $300 for a heated vest? I wear it when it’s COLD and the high setting lasts maybe any hour and it takes almost 3 hours to charge again. I wouldn’t purchase from this company again, for what I paid, I’m pretty disappointed.”
“Everything about the battery should be better.
Should be smaller, should charge faster, should not sit at the hip/waistline of the apparel as that affects fit. Also, if I fall on ice or because I am clumsy, there's a good chance the battery will take a significant hit. Maybe a location where a chest pocket would be, near the control button would be better.
And, FYI, my order shipped directly from China.”
“My kid plays hockey and this is a great way to tolerate the cold ice rink. My wife and I had to size up from the recommended size chart as the first try was a little too tight. Customer service was very helpful and nice. I wish the chest area would heat a bit more as the neck portion heats very well. I believe this is due to the fact that the chest area is insulated by clothing and the neck is in direct contact with the skin.”
