“My issue is the charger cord will not charge the battery. Did this the first day I plugged it in all brand new. Also the two zipper feature. The bottom zipper keeps coming up (unzips). ♀️.
Free replacement battery and charger would be great!!”

“I loved my first heated vest, however the battery lasted only one season. I disposed of the battery, and still wore the down vest. I met Mark from Ororo at the Orlando dog show this December. I told him I loved the product, however reviews noted short-lived batteries and lack of response from customer service, which was my experience. I provided Mark with photos of my vest and he arranged to replace it with a new one for a shipping charge only. I’m very pleased and happy the company stands behind this great product.”
