“Ordered wrong size and contacted Ororo and within an hour they sentt me an update. Customer aerobics contacted more with how to return and order the correct size. sent me a return label to send back an a RA number for the return. All this in less then an hour.”
“I bought this vest so I could wear it both indoors (my house is freezing) and outdoors (layered under a puffer jacket or fleece jacket). It's a revelation to finally be warm!! I'm still getting used to being able to warm my hands in the pockets, which is dreamy. My one complaint is that the battery simply doesn't last long enough. I switch between medium and low and can't get it to last more than about 5 hours. I really want the heat to last at least an 8-hour workday, as charging every day is a pain in the butt and has to be done overnight. I'll likely buy a second, smaller battery so I can switch them out (though I did start charging the vest with the battery still in the pocket so I wouldn't have to keep disconnecting/connecting). So overall, it's a life-saver, but not the most convenient if you'll be in the cold more than a handful of hours.”

It gives the right amount of warmth without feeling too hot and isn't bulky when wearing it under my down jacket. I will be wearing it in general without the heat feature as well.
