“Bought this vest as a christmass gift for my wife for school to where under her jacket - outside recess get cold in the upper mid-west. She was very excited about it and it fit well. She charged the battery and worked great the first week. However when she went to recharge the battery for her next week the charge port of the battery (metal inlit connector) had broken and is now rattling around in the battery. I was very disappointed since the battery for these is almost $80 (when not on special). Hence the quality of the battery last 1 week since opning the gift. When the vest worked - it worked Great and my wife was really happy. I am just disappointed that the happiness was not able to be continued.
I would like to provide an update to this review... Ororowear read my review and quickly corrected the issue by providing a new replacement battery. My wife is now extremely happy as she has been wearing this heated vest in her cool school room and it has been a gods sent.
