“To be honest, I do have a problem with it. The battery has to be pefectly place with a slight pull on the cord for the vest to heat up. I was desperate to wear it because I was going to a hockey game, so I wore it and it warmed up. I do have another heavier vest that plugs in easily and works right away so I do know how the vests work.”
