“I have a puffy Ororo heated vest that I love. I ordered this heated fleece vest because I wanted something lower profile to wear on days that start off cold but warm up as the day goes on (we can get all weather seasons in one day in Idaho). The fit is good, but the heating wires run prominently across my chest in a very unflattering way. I contacted Ororo and they said this is normal even though the pictures on their website don't show this. I'm disappointed that Ororo hasn't figured out a way to secure the wires along a seam to make them less obvious. When I contacted them, Ororo advised me to wear it as a mid-layer which is not what I purchased it for. Very disappointing. They did "make an exception" and offer to let me return it for in-store credit with a 20% restocking fee and I would have to pay shipping. Not worth it to me, but I won't buy from them again.”
