“This was the best made vest I have ordered. The quality of the material and workmanship was superb. I ordered the dark gray and it was exactly as pictured. I never turned the best on so can’t speak to the warmth and battery life. I did return the best because the placement of the battery was very uncomfortable for me. It is not in the front of the best (like my Ororo jacket) but rather on the side. It made the vest bulky on that side and interfered with my seatbelt. If not for that it would be in my closet and used all the time in the cold PNW.”

“I have tried to contact company to return due to product being too big. Have had no success with this. Now I have a vest that is way too big for me and wouldn’t keep the heat in. Not happy”
