“We bought this for my MIL who suffers from chronic hypothermia. She wears it daily (we swap batteries midday) and it’s been a lifesaver (literally!) for her. Recently, the button on her vest stopped working and we had to replace the vest since it was (just!) outside the 3-year warranty. I would love to see an option to replace or repair the button (or whatever repair is needed) since the heating elements were still working fine. Seems like it would be an easy fix rather than buying a whole new vest.”
