We're now up to 3 pieces - gloves and a vest for her and a vest for me. Bought the her stuff for Christmas and just NEVER got her to wear it (!!!). Just a bit ago packed 'em to head north to see the kids. She FINALLY put the vest on and (no surprise) said, "Oh. I get it." Wouldn't take it off.. Mine was a miracle volunteering at the animal sanctuary. Rather than ten layers to keep this old guy warm, just took that thing and a windbreaker. Of course, everything I have is REALLY well made. Great fabric, great stitching, the heat pads are truly wonderful. AND, customer service is just fantastic. Real people, real time. Yes, they have an AI thingie to greet you on the website but if you need a real person just leave a note and they're back soon. Yes, Christamstme overloaded 'em a bit, no doubt thanks to the great New York Times Wirecutter plug. Which they clearly earned.

I love the vest although I don’t think the battery stays charged long enough so I would recommend getting a second battery.

This is my 3rd Ororo quilted vest that my husband has given me for Christmas, and they are the best gifts I’ve received. I am outdoors in the winter with my horse and was always cold. Now I have 3 vests in different colors and wear them all winter long. They keep me warm and happy!

My heated vest from 2 years ago stopped working so I ordered a new one in blue. Love the color. Still waiting on a partial refund after sending all the documentation to validate the warranty.
