Mine was a miracle volunteering at the animal sanctuary. Rather than ten layers to keep this old guy warm, just took that thing and a windbreaker.
Of course, everything I have is REALLY well made. Great fabric, great stitching, the heat pads are truly wonderful.
AND, customer service is just fantastic. Real people, real time. Yes, they have an AI thingie to greet you on the website but if you need a real person just leave a note and they're back soon. Yes, Christamstme overloaded 'em a bit, no doubt thanks to the great New York Times Wirecutter plug. Which they clearly earned.”
