“I think this vest would be great if it fit me closer to the body, but as with most things like this, there is no size XS available. I do not feel the warmth unless I lean back against something, or put my hands in the pockets. Also, the battery does not last 10 hours.”

“Update - Revising my review to 5 Stars - when my issue with a defective battery was disclosed, Ororo dealt with it promptly and now the recipient of this gift is enjoying it immensely!
This vest was given as a gift and was so well received. The recipient was excited to wear it and put it to use immediately. The vest fit well and was comfortable and seems to be well constructed. However, after two days of charging and attempting multiple outlets, charger cables and plugs, the charge on the battery would not advance past one of four bars. Unfortunately, a heated vest is not very useful if it can't be heated. The recipient was so disappointed and I'm aggravated with the added hassle of dealing with having given a defective gift. I've been working with customer service to obtain a replacement battery and so far the service has been great. If the battery is promptly replaced (and does not prove to be defective), my opinion of the product would change and it would be deserving of additional "stars" in its rating.”
