HEL brake lines are made in house, and we always aim to ship with a few working days, however please allow up to a week during busy times. Please also note that stock of the different colours and components change all the time, so although we try and keep stock, please check with us if time critical. Please note that as brake lines are custom made to order, these items are non-returnable. Developed in-house at Orranje, we now have a full braided brakeline kit to replace the hard line pipes to the front and rear caliper hoses, and between the master cylinder and ABS / ASC / DSC control unit. Please check your brake cylinder / pumps are labelled PC, RR, RL, FL, FR, SC. The routing of the braided lines follow a similar route to the OEM hard lines and mount to the OEM hard line mounting points, but due to limitations with curve radius etc, the routing differs slightly in places. For lines to replace the flexi lines, please see this product. Available in a fantastic colour range, so you can customise them to match the colour and theme of your car. As with all HEL Performance braided brake line kits, only the highest grade stainless steel components are used, making this kit unique in the marketplace. There are no mild steel components in this kit. All HEL kits come with CNC machined fittings, banjo bolts and new copper washers (where applicable), stainless steel braided teflon hose, a PVC protective wipe-clean sleeve, and lifetime warranty. Every kit carries a full HEL Performance Lifetime Warranty. Please note that changing from hard lines to braided lines throughout may change the pedal feel. The ABS system must be bled after replacing the lines. This requires specialist diagnostic equipment to do. This kit has been designed on a RHD UK car, and not tested on a LHD car. Please contact us to check fitment on LHD cars. At the point where the hard lines fit the flexi lines, the brackets / spring clips may need to be bent slightly to cater for the difference in fitting sizes. Alternatively large washers can be installed to take up the gap. We are continuing to look for a more professional solution.
