Orranje has developed this Sony Head Unit Surround, to allow the fitment of your Sony headunit (see list below) to your R50, R52 and R53. This adaptor allows the Sony head unit to securely fasten to the OEM head unit recess, and surrounds the Sony head unit in an OEM looking finish - made from injection moulded plastic in the UK; no rough 3D printing here! No need to sand, smooth or paint! Please note fitment requires modification to your R50 R52 R53 head unit surround and down tubes to fit. This fits with both manual and climate control models. See instructions below. Tested on the following Sony headunits; XAV-3500 XAV-3550D XAV-AX3005DB XAV-AX4050 XAV-AX5550D XAV-AX5650 XAV-AX6050 This should also fit on Sony models similar to ones above. Customers have also advised that they have successfully fitted the surround with the following brands of headunits, however Orranje cannot confirm if fitment is 100% as designed with the Sony; Alpine iLX-W690D Kendwood (model TBC) Download Instructions
