“Product is great, customer service was super responsive, however - being in the UK (dealing with Brexit rubbish), when items are delivered damaged, a financial refund isn't what we want. We want the product that was purchased.
It is not our fault that shipping for Europe is from Poland. No financial refund is going to bridge the gap we now have because of damaged goods.”
