“We live in Germany and haven’t come across anyone using this system here, so we had to buy the product straight from the Internet with no personal recommendation. We bought an entire system in aluminum. Apart from the unobtrusive design, the quality seems to be excellent (as far as we can tell after six weeks of use). Even the plastic parts look and feel solid and durable. Installation was flawless, my husband needed no helping hand and had the whole system installed within a couple of hours.”
“Honestly I am not sure if it was me or the product but I had a nightmare with this. I am reasonably handy. Have installed shelves, shower heads, door handles, security locks etc in my own home, so not a complete beginner. But I had a terrible experience with this product. Everything that could go wrong did. Main issues for me: It’s not easy to cut to size and it’s also not a one person job to install. The materials were good quality. The instructions were fine. I’m not sold on the design and ultimately I spent $400ish and I still don’t have a cat proof yard. I would say if you are going to spend the money, get an installer. If they were willing/available in my area I would have gone with that option but they weren’t so I would not buy this again.”
