On the certificate cost: OSHAcademy is intentionally structured to be one of the most cost-effective options in online safety training. Many providers fold certificate costs into much higher course prices, subscriptions, or “all-in” packages. We take a different approach: we keep the training accessible, and only charge a separate fee if you choose to receive an official, employer-ready certificate and permanent training record. That fee covers more than a PDF. It supports completion verification, secure recordkeeping, and a downloadable certificate/transcript that can be used for compliance documentation, onboarding files, and proof of training when an employer or auditor asks for it. For most learners and companies, the total cost to complete training and obtain documentation is typically lower than comparable alternatives. We also hear your note about the course content. If you share which course you took and what felt too generic, we’ll use that input to keep improving the training.
